The Documentation Clerk - Export Customs Clearance is responsible for preparing, validating, and managing export documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and uninterrupted shipment execution. This role supports ocean freight movements across multiple export jurisdictions and acts as a control point between shippers, customs brokers, carriers, and internal operations teams.
The position exists to reduce compliance risk, prevent shipment delays, and maintain data accuracy across export filings and carrier documentation.
