Skypace, the tech division of Maxton Shipping Inc., is seeking an Account Manager to build and manage relationships with global shippers and BCOs. You’ll help clients move cargo faster and more efficiently while driving growth across key trade lanes!

Skypace is the tech division of Maxton Shipping Inc., a freight forwarder headquartered in California and represented worldwide. We launched the world’s first BCO-facing shipping platform that connects our branches, vendors, and customers in the same tech environment.

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with shippers and BCOs, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving business growth through Skypace’s cutting-edge technology.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and grow sales by leveraging existing and new logistics and trade contacts;
  • Manage and support a portfolio of customers using our digital platform;
  • Introduce clients to Skypace freight services on key global trade lanes;
  • Coordinate with internal pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations and smooth shipment execution;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

You’re a Fit If:

  • You have experience in international freight forwarding and account management.
  • You’re skilled at managing customer relationships across import, export, or port-to-port operations.
  • You’re comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • You understand key ocean trade lanes and can communicate effectively with shippers, BCOs, and logistics stakeholders.
