Skypace is the tech division of Maxton Shipping Inc., a freight forwarder headquartered in California and represented worldwide. We launched the world’s first BCO-facing shipping platform that connects our branches, vendors, and customers in the same tech environment.

The platform enables the full cycle of freight execution from instant quoting and planning to managing shipments with complete process visibility and is directly integrated with top-10 ocean carriers like MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, COSCO, and Hapag-Lloyd, operating across all major trade lanes.

Today, we support 150+ customers across 18 countries, handling significant freight volumes with speed, transparency, and support.

We are now seeking a Senior Account Manager - BCO Accounts to manage and grow relationships with established shippers and beneficial cargo owners. This role is focused on long-term account ownership, service quality, and strategic partnership development with customers that rely on Skypace as a core logistics provider.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of BCO and enterprise shipper accounts;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple trade lanes and shipment types;
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of ocean freight shipments through the Skypace platform;
  • Partner with customers to understand their supply chain needs, volumes, and routing strategies;
  • Coordinate closely with internal pricing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution and fast issue resolution;
  • Monitor shipment performance, visibility, exceptions, and service KPIs;
  • Identify opportunities to expand account scope, increase shipment volumes, and strengthen long-term partnerships;
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-impact customer issues.

You're a Fit If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics account management;
  • You have direct experience working with BCOs or enterprise shipper accounts;
  • You are comfortable managing complex, high-volume customer portfolios across multiple trade lanes;
  • You understand ocean freight operations, carrier services, and end-to-end shipment execution;
  • You are commercially minded, and focused on long-term relationship building;
  • You communicate confidently with senior customer stakeholders, carriers, and internal teams.
